Need help? How to Download Files...
Please Note: To read a PDF file, you need the Acrobat Reader, at least
version 4.0. To read a DOC file, you nead Microsoft Word or Word Reader
If you don't have version 4.0 or later of Acrobat Reader installed, you
can click
here to get it. IMPORTANT ... Make sure you download the version
you need for your computer (PC, Mac, Linux, etc.).
Once you've downloaded the Acrobat reader installation file, double click
on it to install Acrobat reader. Once that's done, you're ready for the
next step below.
Mac Users
Click on the link(s) above to download a file to your hard
drive in a location of your choice. To read a PDF file, simply double
click on it and it will automatically open.
PC Users
If you're using a PC to download, DO NOT just
click on the link(s) above! This will, in many cases, open the file
in your browser, but it will not save it to your computer for later reading.
Use the following steps to save the PDF or DOC file to your computer.
- First,
put your mouse pointer over the download link. Then click the right
mouse button.
-
A menu will pop up which will include one of these options "Save
as," "Save Link As" or Save Target As." Hold the
mouse pointer over one of these options and click the left mouse button.
- A
window will come up that looks like this:

If you're experienced with downloading, choose where you want the file
to be saved, and click on "Save." Make sure you note where
you've stored the file.
If you're not sure how this works, look for the folder with the upward
pointing arrow. In this picture, it's to the right of the word "System(C:)"
at the top of the window. Click on this until "System(C:)"
is replaced with "Desktop."
-
Then click "Save." When you look at your desktop, you'll find
your file waiting for you.
Repeat
this same process for each of the files above.
